Dear Jumpers,

KL Tower International Jump Malaysia 2010 ended with a blast! Celebrated its 10th anniversary this year, more than 100 local and international BASE Jumpers gathered at Menara Kuala Lumpur for the prestigious, internationally acclaimed extreme sport event.

Showcasing great thrilling acts and daredevil jumps, you guys had definitely made a lasting impression on us and spectators at Menara Kuala Lumpur. Great Sport, Great Stunts, Great Venue, Great People...Definitely a wonderful moment to cherish!

Thank you for making this event a success and memorable one. Looking forward to see all of you again for next year's KL Tower International Jump Malaysia 2011, set tentatively from 28 September 2011 - 2 October 2011.

KL Tower International Jump Malaysia 2010

Dear Jumpers,

We are pleased to inform you that KL Tower International Jump Malaysia (KLTIJM) will be happening this year! Celebrating its 10 year anniversary, we are organizing the extreme sport event at two selected venues only, Menara Alor Setar and Menara Kuala Lumpur. Following this current turn of event, the previous venues announced are considered void. Hence, we would advise that you make your flight booking and travel itinerary according to the latest dates confirmed. Please do check out the confirmed dates, viewable on the right side of the KLTIJM blogspot.

We wish to apologize for the changes on the event. We seek your utmost support and understanding on this matter and that we are working to ensure everything runs smoothly for this year’s event. We appreciate your contributions (photos, footages and video links of great coverage on BASE Jump in Malaysia) given to us in taking this event to greater heights!

The total points of 8 rounds during the challenge was 7.55.

There were 21 Jumpers participated in the Accuracy Challenge at Alor Setar Tower in Kedah Darul Aman. 7 international jumpers from UK, New Zealand, France and Philipines also joined the event.

A Little Announcement

Dear All,

KL Tower is currently undergoing a major ‘overhaul’ in our management. Our company is being re-organized and structured to better enhance our revenue and services to customers. In so doing, most procedures and products are being examined and strategized to bring optimum outcome. This has resulted in several events such as the KL Tower International Jump Malaysia (KLTIJM) facing some challenges. KLTIJM which would have celebrated its 10 year anniversary this year, is right back to its infancy stage where we have plenty of convincing to do instead of taking it to greater heights. We, at the Public Relations & Event Department can reassure you that we are fighting and doing our best to retain KLTIJM in the KL Tower Calendar of Events this year.

Hence, we would really appreciate your support to help us fight for the survival of KLTIJM. Please send in your testimonials/ pictures/ videos/ newspaper articles etc that we could compile to strengthen our case study to the management in order to keep KLTIJM going.
